Adds a self-service portal so every employee can:
All filtered to the current portal user via their linked `hr.employee.user_id`. No admin can ever see another user's portal page; row-level rules enforce it.
Requires `wt_hrms_payroll`. Optional integration with `wt_hrms_loans` and `wt_hrms_advances` - those tabs only appear if the modules are installed.
