DHL Express has operated in Bangladesh since 1979 and runs service points and service centres in Dhaka and Chittagong with customs brokerage included. Odoo 19 ships the DHL Express connector, so rates and labels work out of the box once you have an account number.
FedEx serves Bangladesh with international express and handles customs brokerage on those shipments. Odoo 19 ships the FedEx connector, which is the usual outbound choice for a Bangladeshi exporter or garment supplier.
UPS runs international express and freight into and out of Bangladesh with customs brokerage on express shipments. Odoo 19 ships the UPS connector, so it is a drop in third option beside DHL and FedEx for cross border work.

Pathao Courier delivers to all 64 districts with full home delivery and settles cash on delivery back to the merchant, and it says it serves over 200,000 businesses. It is one of the three couriers a Bangladeshi online seller is most likely to already be using.
Steadfast covers all 64 districts, 495 upazilas and 330 or more municipal areas, collects cash on delivery and offers a merchant API. Store connectors reach it through a paid multi carrier Bangladesh module, so that module is a required dependency.
RedX reaches all 64 districts and 490 or more upazilas with 24 hour delivery inside Dhaka, and it is integrated with Daraz. Odoo reaches it through the same paid multi carrier Bangladesh connector that covers Steadfast and Pathao.
Custom build

eCourier has run tech enabled last mile delivery since 2014, covers all 64 districts and settles cash on delivery with OTP verification at handover. It also sells warehousing and fulfilment, which suits an Odoo merchant outsourcing the whole outbound flow.
Sundarban runs one of the largest branch and agent networks in Bangladesh and reaches small towns and villages that the app based couriers do not cover well. Nothing exists for Odoo, so a merchant relying on rural reach needs a build.
SA Paribahan is one of the oldest private parcel networks in Bangladesh, carries heavy and bulky items and offers conditional cash on delivery. It is the usual answer when a shipment is too big for the e-commerce couriers.
Bangladesh Post Office is the national operator under the Posts and Telecommunications Division, and its EMS product handles express domestic and international parcels. It is the cheapest route for low value international shipments out of Bangladesh.
Delivery Tiger covers all 64 districts and 490 or more upazilas, does same day inside Dhaka and takes heavy items that the lighter parcel couriers refuse. There is no Odoo connector for it.

Karatoa runs 130 or more branches across all 64 districts and is strong in northern Bangladesh where the Dhaka centred couriers thin out. Nothing exists for Odoo, so it would be a build.

- 2 Carrier accounts confirmed before build. Test credentials rarely carry your negotiated rates, so we validate account numbers and rate cards with the carrier before the connector is written.
- 3 No connector means we build one. Where a carrier has no Odoo integration we build against their API with retry, idempotency and stored responses, and we hand over the code.
- 4 Returns go back into stock. Failed deliveries and returns are wired to real stock moves, so inventory stays true without someone correcting it by hand every week.
