DHL is one of the top players in Kuwait's courier market and the usual choice for outbound express. Odoo 19 ships a DHL Express connector, and only DHL Express, since other DHL services are not covered by it.
FedEx is named among the leading courier companies in Kuwait and its connector ships with Odoo 19, so rate quotes and labels come straight off the delivery order. Note that SMSA is the FedEx licensee in Saudi Arabia if your lanes run that way.
UPS is one of the leading courier companies in Kuwait and is a built in delivery carrier in Odoo 19. Usually the third quote next to DHL and FedEx on outbound shipments.
Paid connector

Aramex is one of the top five carriers in Kuwait's courier market and the name most Gulf merchants recognise for regional parcels and cash on delivery. Odoo has no built in Aramex carrier, so budget for one of the paid Odoo 19 connectors.
SMSA has direct operations in Kuwait as part of its GCC network and is named among the leading couriers in the local market. Odoo 19 connectors are sold on the apps store, all paid.
Naqel lists Kuwait in its operating countries and runs its own Gulf road network with cash on delivery in its e-commerce product, which suits Kuwait to Saudi movements. Odoo 19 connectors on the apps store are all paid.
Shipa runs same day, next day and on demand delivery in Kuwait with prepaid or cash on delivery, plus a Kuwait e-commerce fulfilment centre, and it publishes REST APIs for merchants. A paid Odoo 19 connector exists that pulls live rates onto sales and delivery orders.
iMile lists Kuwait among its markets and is built around e-commerce last mile with cash on delivery and live tracking. A paid Odoo 19 shipping integration exists on the apps store.
Custom build

Kuwait Post belongs to the Ministry of Communications and handles domestic mail, parcels and EMS express, with international reach to around 120 countries and tracking at tracking.moc.gov.kw. There is no Odoo connector, so rates and labels are manual or an API build.
Posta Plus is headquartered in Kuwait and is named among the top five players in the local courier market, selling express, freight, e-commerce fulfilment, last mile and customs clearance. No Odoo connector exists on the apps store, so it is an API build.
OCS Worldwide is named among the leading courier companies operating in Kuwait, mostly on international document and parcel lanes. Nothing on the Odoo apps store connects to it, so rates and labels would be manual or a build.

- 2 Carrier accounts confirmed before build. Test credentials rarely carry your negotiated rates, so we validate account numbers and rate cards with the carrier before the connector is written.
- 3 No connector means we build one. Where a carrier has no Odoo integration we build against their API with retry, idempotency and stored responses, and we hand over the code.
- 4 Returns go back into stock. Failed deliveries and returns are wired to real stock moves, so inventory stays true without someone correcting it by hand every week.
