Odoo shipping and courier integration in Qatar
The carriers that move volume in Qatar, and what rating, label printing, tracking and cash on delivery each one takes to reach Odoo.
Every carrier we check for a rollout in Qatar
11 entries, grouped by what each one costs you to reach from Odoo. The badge is the whole commercial question: shipped with the product, a community module, a paid connector, or a build.
In Odoo
3 of 11Ships with Odoo. Configuration, not development.
DHL is one of the main international operators in Qatar's courier and parcel market and the default for outbound documents and parcels from Doha. Odoo 19 ships a DHL Express connector, and only DHL Express, since other DHL divisions are not supported by it.
FedEx operates in Qatar and opened a logistics facility in the Qatar Free Zones in 2025. Its connector ships with Odoo 19, so rating and label printing work from the delivery order once account credentials are in.
UPS is named among the main companies in Qatar's courier and parcel market and ships with Odoo 19 as a delivery carrier. Usually the third quote next to DHL and FedEx on outbound lanes.
Paid connector
3 of 11A paid connector covers this. Licence cost sits outside our fee and is quoted separately.
Aramex is one of the main carriers in Qatar's parcel market and the name Gulf merchants reach for on regional and cash on delivery work. Odoo has no built in Aramex carrier, so you buy one of the Odoo 19 connectors from the apps store.
SMSA has direct operations in Qatar as part of its GCC network and is the exclusive FedEx licensee in Saudi Arabia, which matters for cross border Gulf lanes. Odoo 19 connectors are on the apps store and all of them are paid.
Naqel lists Qatar in its operating countries and moves goods across the Gulf on its own road network, with cash on delivery built into its e-commerce product. Odoo 19 connectors exist on the apps store, all paid.
Custom build
5 of 11No connector we would put in production. This is scoped, priced and built.
Qatar Post runs the domestic tiers Qatar Standard, Qatar Express and Qatar Post Premium, the outbound Global Standard, Global Express and Global Priority, plus e-commerce fulfilment and Makan-E. There is no Odoo connector, so rates and labels are manual or an API build.
Posta Plus is a Kuwait headquartered courier whose GCC coverage includes Qatar, selling express, e-commerce fulfilment, last mile and customs clearance. No Odoo connector exists on the apps store, so this is an API build.
Snoonu is the Qatari delivery platform that runs its own last mile logistics across food, grocery, e-commerce and services, and it is named as a local specialist competing with the global integrators. Nothing connects it to Odoo, so a merchant handover would be an API build.
Milaha is the Qatari maritime and logistics group named among the operators in the local courier and parcel market, and it is who a Qatari distributor uses for inbound sea and land freight rather than parcels. Freight bookings sit outside Odoo's carrier connectors.
Qatar Airways Cargo is part of the country's express and parcel picture, with cross border e-commerce tie ups including Cainiao and joint business with IAG Cargo and MASkargo. It matters for airfreight inbound, not for parcel rating inside Odoo.

Rates, formats, thresholds and submission windows change. We configure against the rules in force at build time and confirm every figure with your accountant or tax advisor before sign-off. If a rule moves after go-live, it is a support ticket, not a rebuild. Read more on our Odoo localization service.
How we build shipping for Qatar
The delivery method behind the list above. The same four steps on a 10-user rollout and on a multi-company programme, with the depth scaled to the scope.
- 1 Four integrations, not one. Rating, label printing, tracking and cash on delivery reconciliation are separate pieces of work with separate failure modes, and they are quoted separately.
- 2 Carrier accounts confirmed before build. Test credentials rarely carry your negotiated rates, so we validate account numbers and rate cards with the carrier before the connector is written.
- 3 No connector means we build one. Where a carrier has no Odoo integration we build against their API with retry, idempotency and stored responses, and we hand over the code.
- 4 Returns go back into stock. Failed deliveries and returns are wired to real stock moves, so inventory stays true without someone correcting it by hand every week.
What we need from you to quote it
Bring these to the first call and you get a scoped, priced shipping plan for Qatar instead of a range.
- โ Your carrier account numbers and the rate card on each.
- โ Your top ten delivery destinations by volume, with typical weight and dimensions.
- โ Whether you collect cash on delivery, and who reconciles it today.
