- โ Per-quotation "Disable follow-up" toggle for sensitive customers.
- โ Skip threshold: minimum quotation total (ignore tiny quotes).
- โ Optional CC to the salesperson / sales manager.
- โ Full audit trail in chatter - every reminder is logged.
- โ Master switch in Settings to pause everything during testing.
