DHL Express carries international air freight out of Australia and is one of the carriers reachable through Starshipit, Shippit and MachShip. Odoo 19 ships a DHL Express connector natively, but Odoo's documentation states that other DHL services are not supported.
FedEx covers Australian international express and now carries the TNT network that Shippit still lists among its carriers. Odoo 19 ships a FedEx connector natively.
UPS is used by Australian exporters for international express and Odoo 19 ships a UPS connector natively, so rates and labels work without a purchase.
Starshipit is the aggregator Odoo 19 ships for Australasian couriers, connecting to over 60 carriers including Australia Post, NZ Post and DHL. Note two things: it needs a paid Starshipit subscription, and shipping rules must be set up under Settings and Rules inside Starshipit before Odoo will pick the right service.

Australia Post is the national postal operator, running Parcel Post and Express Post domestically and reaching over 220 international destinations, with MyPost Business for small senders and eParcel contracts from 2,000 parcels a year. Odoo 19 has no native Australia Post connector, so you either buy one from the apps store or go through Starshipit.
StarTrack is a business of Australia Post aimed at B2B freight, with same day courier, next business day Premium, Road Express and stock distribution across 12.6 million locations. Australian wholesalers running Odoo usually sit on a StarTrack contract rather than retail parcel rates.
Sendle sells simple flat priced parcel delivery aimed at Australian small business, which is the profile of most first time Odoo ecommerce buyers. Odoo 19 connectors for Sendle are sold on the apps store by several vendors.
CouriersPlease runs domestic courier, ecommerce and eBay services with collection points for pickup and returns, and offers API integration on its custom solution tier. It is one of the carriers Shippit connects to, which is the usual Odoo route.
Aramex Australia, formerly Fastway, serves over 75,000 customers through a franchise depot network and provides the aramexConnect electronic labelling platform. It is reachable from Odoo through Shippit or MachShip rather than any native connector.
Shippit is an Australian shipping and fulfilment platform connecting to over 100 carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, CouriersPlease, TNT, DHL and Uber Direct. Odoo 19 connectors for it are sold on the apps store, and the Shippit account and its fees are a required dependency.
Custom build

Team Global Express moves over 100 million items a year through more than 650 depots and 1,800 out of home collection points across Australia and New Zealand, including temperature controlled and dangerous goods. It suits Odoo buyers in manufacturing, food and healthcare who ship pallets as well as parcels.
Allied Express operates depots in every Australian capital plus a network of 50 agencies, offering courier, taxi truck and local and national distribution. Small Australian businesses often use it for same day and metro work that a parcel carrier will not take.
Hunter Express covers freight and courier work nationally and also runs third party logistics with warehousing and pick and pack, plus exhibition and event logistics. That combination matters to Odoo buyers who want inventory and outbound handled by one provider.
MachShip is an Australia and New Zealand transport management platform covering over 500 carriers, with an API, webhooks and pre built connectors, and it is aimed at pallet and freight shippers rather than only parcels. No Odoo connector was confirmed, so plan an API build and a MachShip subscription.
